Atacadão is a Brazilian wholesale hypermarket. It was established by Alcides Parizotto and age of property of the family Lima and to the executives Farid Curi and Herberto Uli Schmeil, when it was bought in 2007 for the Carrefour for R$ 2,2 billion Reals. In 2010, the chain opened its first store outside of Brazil in the city of Bogotá in Colombia.
