Pseudopalatus (meaning "false palate") is an extinct genus of pseudopalatine phytosaur. It was assigned to Parasuchia in 2005.[2] Specimens have been found from Arizona and New Mexico and are of Norian age. Pseudopalatus lends its name to the family Pseudopalatinae, of which it is the type genus.

Pseudopalatus was a relatively large pseudopalatine phytosaur with a skull up to 120 cm in length. It had a robust rostrum with a distinctive dorsal crest.
