Arnaud's [1] is a well known restaurant in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Along with Galatoire's, Antoine's, and Broussard's, Arnaud's is one of the four classic Creole New Orleans restaurants.
A unique aspect of Arnaud's is that it contains a small museum of Mardi Gras artifacts accumulated by Germaine Wells, the daughter of 'Count' Arnaud.[2]
Located on Bienville Street in the French Quarter, it was founded by Arnaud Cazenave in 1918. Arnaud's was operated by the late Archie Casbarian, from 1978 to 2009. The restaurant is now managed by the remaining Casbarian family.
Arnaud's Restaurant Cookbook was published in 2005 by author and frequent patron of Arnaud's, Kit Wohl. The book covers the restaurant's significant culinary contributions to New Orleans as well as the establishment's general history.
