Anthrasimias gujaratensis was a species of primate first found in Gujarat, India in 2008. Anthrasimias is believed to have lived about 55 million years ago, during the early Eocene.[1] Weight 75 grams
Anthrasimias is the oldest known member of its family; the next oldest, Eosimias, lived about 45 million years ago in China.[1]
