Anthony Telford

Anthony Charles Telford (born March 6, 1966 in San Jose, California, United States) is a former Major League baseball player who has played for the Baltimore Orioles, Montreal Expos, and Texas Rangers. In 2007 he was the pitching coach for the Aiken Foxhounds in the independent South Coast League. In January 2010 he was hired by the Pittsburgh Pirates to the newly created position of Personal Development Coordinator.[1]

Telford began playing professionally for the MLB on August 19, 1990, with the Baltimore Orioles. He is a graduate of San José State University and Silver Creek High School. A devout Christian, he is married with 3 children.
