Aniceto Molina, originally from the town of El Campano, Colombia, began his musical career at the age of 12 playing the accordion.[1] As the years passed he toured and recorded throughout Central America.Aniceto Molina is very known in El Salvador because his wife is Salvadorian and Cumbia is the most popular genre in El Salvador which in some of his songs says the name El Salvador and he even made a song called El Peluquero Salvatrucho which became number one in El Salvador and with the songs he gain more popularity and love with the Salvadorian audience. In an interview they made in El Salvador, he said that "El Salvador is his second home after Colombia" which he loves both countries.
Seeing that his music made a lasting impression in the US, he decided to make Los Angeles,CA, his home in summer 1984.
Molina continues to tour throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. Molina and his group recently released their 43rd album.
