Angela Turner Quigless (born January 4, 1960, in Miami, Florida) is an American judge. She was appointed by Governor Bob Holden as the Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit of the City of St. Louis, Missouri on Friday January 3, 2003, previously serving as an Associate Circuit Judge from February 28, 1995. She judges in the Missouri Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Women Lawyer's Association, National Association of Women Judges, the Lawyers' Association, and the American Judicature Society.[1]
