Andrew Young (Scottish politician)
Andrew Young (1858–1943) was Labour MP for Glasgow Partick (UK Parliament constituency) from 1923 to 1924. On his election in 1923, The Times described him as an ex-headmaster of an Edinburgh school.[1]
