Amin Soleiman Askar (Somali: Aamiin Askaar, Arabic: امين عسكر‎) (born 1 October 1985) is a Norwegian professional football player of Somali descent playing for Fredrikstad FK in the Norwegian Premier League.[1] A versatile footballer, he has played in several positions, including defense and midfield.[2] On March 27, 2009, Askar signed a two-year contract with Fredrikstad.[2]
