Allobates is a genus of Poison dart frogs native to the lowland forests of Guyana, Surinam, and French Guiana and the Amazon drainage basin of central South America.
Allobates is a small genus, which only includes two species: the Brilliant-thighed Poison Frog (Allobates femoralis), and the Sanguine Poison Frog (Allobates zaparo).
