Allison & Busby is a British publishing house, set up by Clive Allison and Margaret Busby in 1967.[1][2] The company has built up a reputation as a leading independent publisher.
Notable books published by Allison & Busby include The Spook Who Sat by the Door and The True History of the Elephant Man.
The company was acquired by W. H. Allen Ltd in 1987, but is still managed independently.[3]
Clive Allison died on 25 July 2011.[2]
