Video Game appearances
The song made an appearance in a 1998 cross-platform off-road racing video game Test Drive Off-Road 2, released on PlayStation & PC by Accolade and Pinball Syndicate. Alive was feature along with the Sevendust and Fear Factory songs.
Complication-album appearances
Alive (Hurricane mix) was featured in a German complication-album CD called the Offroad Tracks Vol.16, which has various artists. Complication-album released by Metal Hammer (Germany) in February 1999. Also, the promo was included with a German "Metal Hammer" magazine.
CD Single production error
Some copies of the Alive CD singles only contain one track. As the Record label has the listing for both tracks, it is possibley assumed that this was a production error.
