Aliartos (Greek: Αλιάρτος) is a municipality in the Boeotia regional unit, Greece, at 109 kilometres from Athens. Population 6,351 (2001). It is the center of the Kopais (Kωπαΐδα) valley. Its name comes from the ancient city of Haliartus.
