Aldra is a Norwegian island, close to Bratland, not far from Mo i Rana in Nordland.
Aldra island is used as a VLF-transmission site. An antenna, spanning the fjord to Bratland, was used as part of the OMEGA Navigation System until 1997, and was dismantled in 2002.
