Ahmad Abid Ali Mohammed known as Kobi (Arabic: أحمد عبد علي) (born January 18, 1986 in Iraq) is an Iraqi football midfielder. He currently is a free agent and last played for Arbil FC in Iraq. He also plays for the Iraq national team.
Information
Ahmad Abid Ali had an impressive season in 2004 with Al-Karkh before making a move in 2005 to Al Zawraa, winning the Iraq Super League title a year later. He was one of three Al Zawraa players to play six matches in this year’s AFC Champions League and he scored a goal against Group A opponents Al Wahda in Al Zawraa 2-1 defeat last April.On 16 September he was released along with 7 other players by Arbil FC.
