Accident Hash is a popular award-winning music podcast hosted and produced by C.C. Chapman.

Many of the song selections come from Podshow's Podsafe Music Network. However, Chapman also plays submissions sent directly from artists and record labels. One example of this is Rykodisc, who allowed Chapman to play tracks by the major band Waltham.
