Accero (formally Cyborg Systems) is an IT services company. Accero is headquartered in Portland, Oregon (US), and has operations in the U.S., Canada, and the UK.[1]

History

Originally founded in 1974 as Cyborg Systems, Inc., Accero was acquired by Hewitt Associates in 2003.[2]

In February 2008, the company was acquired by Vista Equity Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm.[3]

In February 2011, Accero’s founding CEO, Tom Malone, stepped down and Sean Fallon was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer.[4]
