Abel Loulou Yao Tebily (born 14 February 1983) is an Ivorian football player who currently plays for R.O.C. de Charleroi-Marchienne in Belgium.
He began his career with Académie JMG,[2] before joined 2003 to Toumodi FC and joined in July 2006 to Belgium club R.O.C. de Charleroi-Marchienne.[3] He left in July 2008 his club R.O.C. de Charleroi-Marchienne and joined a half year on loan to KAS Eupen, before returned in January 2009.[4]
