Abdel Lamanje (born July 27, 1990 in Douala, Cameroon) is a French football defender, who currently plays for FC Shinnik Yaroslavl. He also holds Cameroonian citizenship.
He made his debut in the FNL for FC Shinnik Yaroslavl on August 19, 2011 in a game against FC Baltika Kaliningrad.[1]
