Aaron Greene (born 2 January 1990 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish footballer currently playing for Sligo Rovers in the League of Ireland.

Aaron joined Galway United from St. Francis in 2009 and scored five times playing in fourteen games[1] for the club.[2] His most high profile strike was the goal that ended on 30 October in a 1-1 draw at Tallaght Stadium hopes for the title of Shamrock Rovers.[3]
During the Irish off season, Greene participated, in addition to Dundee United,[4] the club Peterborough United. Though after spending pre-season in training with Bohemians, he signed for Pat Fenlon's side in February 2010.
As of 10 February 2011, Greene was announced as having signed for League of Ireland Premier Division outfit Sligo Rovers. He scored on his debut for Sligo on the opening gane of the season in a 1-0 victory against Derry City.
On August 9th, Greene made his Republic of Ireland U-21 debut in a 2-1 friendly victory over Austria in Sligo. He made his competitive debut at the same venue in November in a 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship win over Liechtenstein [1].
