81R
The 81R (RPK-2 Vyuga, SS-N-15 NATO codename Starfish), was an antiship and anti-submarine ballistic missile used by the Soviet Union during the Cold War. It had a short range and was unguided, but was loaded with an active nuclear warhead. Designed by NPO Novator.
