3PR

3PR was a Norwich based public relations consultancy which was founded in 1987 by Peter Phillips and closed in 1998. He went on to invent Australia TradeCoast in co-operation with Queensland Premier Peter Beattie, and cross swords with Kevin Rudd, now Australia's Prime Minister, over proposed development of Brisbane Airport.

Unusually for regionally-based consultancies, the firm gained blue chip international clients such as Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the Amsterdam Airport Area, the European Regions Airline Association (ERA), Guinness Europe, Florida's Colony Beach Resort and the European Union's Euro Info Centres, based on a reputation for creativity, dramatic over-servicing for low fees and hiring very intelligent young PR practitioners.

In the United Kingdom marketplace, the consultancy invented the IFBB (Independent Family Brewers of Britain), launched home part-exchange for Home Exchange, heightened visibility for the Norfolk and Norwich Festival and won a number of national awards.
