365 (media corporation)

365 is a mass media company in Iceland; a service company in the fields of television, radio broadcasting, news and publication of newspapers. The firm broadcasts over six TV stations, five radio stations and publishes one newspaper and one news website.

365 operates six television stations and six radio stations, including Stöð 2, Stöð 2 Sport, Stöð 2 Sport 2, Stöð 2 Bíó, Nova TV and Stöð 2 Extra; radio stations including Bylgjan, FM 957, and X 977; and websites, including Vísir.is.

Stöð 2, which first went on the air in 1986, is the oldest and largest privately owned subscription station in the country and broadcasts twenty-four hours a day, Stöð 2 Sport is a sports channel, Stöð 2 Bíó is a movie channel that shows new and older films twenty-four hours a day. Nova TV is a music channel which shows music videos twenty-four hours a day. 365 also rebroadcasts a large number of foreign television channels over its digital system that reaches over 90% of Icelanders.

Fréttablaðið, first published in 2001, is distributed free. It is the most widely distributed and most read newspaper in Iceland.

Bylgjan first broadcast in 1986, is now the most popular of all Icelandic radio stations with, as attested by surveys, the largest listening audience. It is the oldest operating privately run radio station in Iceland.

FM 957, X 977, LéttBylgjan and GullBylgjan are music stations for different target groups.

Vísir.is is a leading news and entertainment website. It is hugely popular and one of the first news websites in Iceland.
