222 Margaret Street (nicknamed Bon Bon) is a planned 274-metre (899 ft) skyscraper in Brisbane, Australia. The design is a 90 storeys high residential and hotel tower, which will become Brisbane's tallest building when completed.

It will be part of 111+222 development consisting of two buildings; a 34-storey commercial office tower at 111 Mary Street and a 90-storey residential and hotel complex at 222 Margaret Street. The site was the location for the cancelled Vision Brisbane project.

The residential tower will include 800 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and 380-room hotel. An eight-level basement car park is included in the project, containing a total of 980 spaces. [1]

On 18 May, two new 274-metre (899 ft) and 160-metre (520 ft) skyscrapers were proposed for the site by the Billbergia Group and were approved in November 2011. The towers are expected to be completed by late 2015.
