The 2011–12 ISU Speed Skating World Cup – 1000 m Women will start in the third weekend of November at the Chelyabinsk World Cup event and conclude at the Final World Cup in Berlin in March.[1] The defending titlist is American Heather Richardson, who won the 2010–11 edition.
