The 2010 TAC Cup finals were held at Visy Park, Carlton North with one elimination final held at Highgate Recreation Reserve, Craigieburn. For the third year in a row, the grand final was held as a curtain-raiser to the VFL grand final at Etihad Stadium on the Sunday before the AFL Grand Final. The finals series consisted of a final 12 so that each team could field its best players in front of AFL scouts. During the season, some players were unable to compete in the competition due to school football commitments. Greater Western Sydney declined to take part in the 2010 finals series. The Bendigo Pioneers took their place as the 12th team.
