The 1999 Mobiline Phone Pals season is the 10th season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

Signed Fil-Tongan 6-10 Paul Asi Taulava as their direct-hire Fil-Am recruit.
Traded Andy Seigle to Purefoods for Jerry Codinera during the Commissioners Cup.

February 7: man-mountain rookie Paul Asi Taulava registered a near triple-double of 32 points, 20 rebounds and 8 assists in his debut as the Phone Pals rout newcomer Tanduay Rhum Gold Masters, 90-64 in the opening of the league's 25th.Season at the Philsports Arena.

In their first game following the Andy Seigle-Jerry Codinera trade, Asi Taulava played listless in scoring only 6 points in Mobiline's 74-103 loss to Sta.Lucia, the PBA fined Taulava for playing below-par.
