The 1994 Pepsi Mega season was the 5th season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

Key Dates
- March 13: Pepsi Mega registered its first win of the season, beating Tondeña 65 Rhum, 106-100, in a match between two winless teams, both were 0-2 prior to their game.
- June 21: After a one-point loss to Tondeña on Opening day of the Commissioners Cup, Pepsi Mega rebounded with a 108-103 victory over San Miguel Beer, the beermen absorbed their second straight loss.
- September 27: For the first time since their rookie year in 1990, Pepsi Mega won their first game, nipping Sta.Lucia Realtors, 117-116 in the PBA Governor's Cup opener.
Season Recap
- The Pepsi Mega bottlers, made the most of an off-season changes to land some of the big names to form a competitive line-up, Pepsi was able to lure Elmer "Boy" Cabahug, Dindo "the bullet" Pumaren and Dwight Lago from Purefoods, and also acquired Rey Cuenco from Shell.
- Despite a better roster than last season, Pepsi Mega still remains a doormat, eliminated in the first two conferences, when Swift coach Yeng Guiao resigns after almost five years of serving the RFM franchise, Pepsi Megas was able to enlists his services and Yeng Guiao became Pepsi's third head coach since 1990, their former coach, Derrick Pumaren on the other hand, went to handle Swift Mighty Meaty, as both teams swapped coaches.
- Under Yeng Guiao, with an import, Ronnie Coleman, who was taller than the rest of the imports, and the absence of two teams, San Miguel Beer and Purefoods seeded in the semifinals, Pepsi Mega did better than the two previous conferences, winning third-place trophy by beating Purefoods TJ Hotdogs, 3-1, in their own best-of-five series, the Megas' consolation was Ronnie Coleman winning the best import award.
