The 1994 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Governors Cup, is the Third conference of the 1994 PBA season. The two champions of the first two conferences were seeded in the semifinals by virtue of the All-Filipino champion San Miguel Beer representing the National Team in the Hiroshima Asiad, and Commissioners Cup champion Purefoods Hotdogs lending three of its key players to the National quintet.
