The 1991 Tivoli Milkmasters season of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

Notable Date

• November 21, 1991: Allan Caidic achieved a milestone, surpass the record for most points by a local player in scoring 79 points in Tivoli's 162–149 win over Ginebra San Miguel, Caidic made 37 points in the second quarter alone. and tallied 42 in the second half to break his previous record of 41 shared with former SMB guard and once teammate Ricardo Brown.

Season Recap

• After a very successful season capped by the All-Filipino championship last year, the Presto Tivoli Ice Cream, with the highly touted import Dwayne McClain, failed to make past eliminations in the first conference, losing their last two games, to Alaska and was eliminated by Shell, for a 4-win, 7-loss record.
• Known as Tivoli Full Cream Milk in the second and third conferences, the Milkmasters reached the semifinals but ended up placing last in the five-team semifinal field, often playing the spoiler's role to teams battling for the finals berth, the Milkmasters won their last three games of the season highlighted by Allan Caidic's 79 points in their last game on November 21.
