1909 Wimbledon Championships – Men's Singles

Arthur Gore (defender of the 1908 title) defeated Josiah Ritchie (winner of the challenge round) 6-8 1-6 6-2 6-2 6-2 in the final to win the Gentlemen's Singles title at the 1909 Wimbledon Championships.
