Çetin Muhamer Mandacı (Greek: Τσετίν Μουχάμερ Μάντατζη), born on March 7, 1970 in the Orfano village (Topeiros municipality, Turkish: İnhanlı, Xanthi prefecture), is a Greek politician from the West Thracian Turkish minority. He has been elected to the Greek Parliament for the Panhellenic Socialist Movement in 2007 and was reelected in 2009.[1]
Çetin Mandacı studied at the Istanbul University and works as a cardiologist at the General Hospital of Xanthi. He is married to Fikret Gülsüm and has three children.[1]
He was first elected as municipal councilman in Topeiros in 2002 and was its mayor until 2004. He was re-elected at the municipal council in 2006.[1]
