Popular Culture

In the fictional world of Potopia, created by pulp writers Tony Lugosi and Leroy DeMaggio, 690 signifies the act of sexually harassing an individual, generally of the female sex. The national day of 690 is celebrated every third 30th of June in order to appease the numerological beliefs of this clandestine society.

The previous 690 holiday was celebrated on June 30th, 2004, where Supreme Ruler Penis Mcgloff was said to have sexually harassed a young serving girl with such an intensity that the ranking of '690' was no longer applicable. There is talk of updating the term to 1380, wherein individuals sexually harass people twice as hard. The implications this will have for the National Day of 690 is still in question.
