Zygonyx natalensis is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is found in Angola, Botswana, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and possibly Burundi. Its natural habitat is rivers.
