It seems to me that this article includes some uncritical praise about Zurab Tsereteli. The views of those critics sceptical of the work of Zurab Tsrereteli should also be mentioned in the article. I have found some sources on the internet being highly critical of Tsereteli and his work. see for instance this article in German: http://oe1.orf.at/highlights/72471.html
This article criticises the omnipresence of Tseretli's works in Moscow, his close relations to the political rulers of Russia, in particular Moscow's mayor Lushkov and Russian president Putin, as well as the artistic quality of his work,classified as "kitsch".
Including also some critical words about this artist would make the article appear more balance.
