[edit] Fair use disputed for Image:AnEveningwDCX.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:AnEveningwDCX.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:19, 13 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Watershed Protection Revision
Hello Zuejay! I was hoping that I could kindly ask you to look through the updates that I made to the Watershed Protection page. It was rather short initially and lacked a fair amount of information. Thus, I added some general information and didn't go into a great deal of depth due to time constraints. I am trying to improve myself as a communicator and feel that feedback from well established Wiki users would be quite valuable!
Thanks, Prevero —Preceding unsigned comment added by Prevero (talk • contribs) 16:49, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Watershed Management
Your comment was very helpful! After thinking about the points that you had made, I decided that they were valid and the article did indeed read more like a Watershed Management article then it did a Watershed Protection article. Thus, I changed the title of the page to Watershed Management. I used the "move" feature to accomplish this task. I am a new user and am not entirely sure that this was the Wiki approved way of going about this. If it isn't, please let me know so it doesn't get deleted. Thanks again for your assistance!
Thanks Again! -Prevero —Preceding unsigned comment added by Prevero (talk • contribs) 20:39, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
- Glad you considered my thoughts! The "Move" tab is the correct way to carry out such an action (if there are many editors involved, it is a good idea to post a note for a couple days on the article talkpage; if it's a potentially contentious move, concensus should be established first) - just remember, unless it is a proper name, only the first letter of the first word is capitalized. [edit] Dumbledore vote
Hi. All the arguing over where we should discuss Dumbledore's sexual orientation is proving useless. We need to work out just who is in favour of what and a vote seems the only way to go about it. I'm asking for your opinion since you had a say in the general argument. Thank you. asyndeton 10:51, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] WikiProject Civil engineering
Thanks for the welcome and for agreeing to check and classify my articles. If I can find enough information I am hoping to eventually cover all (or almost all) of the past presidents so that more notable civil engineers can be included in this encyclopedia and (in the reasonably distant future) List of Presidents of the Institution of Civil Engineers can be put up at featured list candidates. Cheers, Dumelow 10:25, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] CU in NH
Just wondering... The "See Also" section of Civil unions in New Hampshire has a bunch of links that are duplicates of the ones in the right-hand infobox and/or the bottom infobox. Should those be deleted? -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 22:38, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
- Duplicates? Sure, that was more a holding pattern until I could integrate the info. ZueJay (talk) 14:45, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Dixie Chick album count: 4 or 7 ?
- Please review the article Dixie Chicks. Taking the Long Way is the band's seventh studio album, but their fourth with Natalie Maines acting as lead singer. ZueJay (talk) 03:44, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
Werent the 1st 3 independant albums? So how do they count? 70.108.122.10 (talk) 03:01, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
- Hmm... So when I said "studio album" I was thinking non-live (i.e. not concert). I'm not sure what the best way to "count" it, or phrase it, would be, but I think it's important to communicate that this band, under this name, has released 7 albums - not just the four w/Maines. BTW, I know I said that, but I can't seem to remember where? ZueJay (talk) 03:06, 3 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Danica
Hi. Not quite sure what the NPOV box on the controversy section is for. Could you leave a comment on the talk page to get the conversation rolling? Ta. 4u1e (talk) 12:29, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
- Oops - my mistake. I'll try RossF18. I guess you're right about the reasoning, although unfortunately many of the comments are (for once) actually attributed and ref'd. 4u1e (talk) 13:33, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
