I received my information firsthand interning at the Memphis Cotton Exchange, although, to my knowledge , there are no publications contain this information (most possibly at the hand of "The City"), the Exchange has several ledger books which, in fact, contain the minutes of the Memphis Chamber of Commerce when it controlled "city affairs" during the fever epidemic. If you wish to check my story the Exchange would be more than happy to help. You may contact the Exchange at: Telephone. 901.525.3361; Mailing: pob 3150 Memphis, Tenn 38173; Physical: 65 Union Ave Memphis, Tenn 38103 --Ztucker07 20:10, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

Unlike some "deletion-prone" Wikipedia editors, I'm not trying to delete your stuff just because it's there! I just want you to supply a citation. If you can provide a citation to published info, you should put it back. However, Wikipedia policy excludes "original research", which your readings in the MCofC archives would be considered. If some one has published this somewhere, please cite it. --Zeamays 14:32, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
