Zsolt Muzsnay (born 20 June 1965 in Cluj) is a Romanian footballer who played as a midfielder. His clubs included U Cluj, FC Bihor Oradea, Steaua Bucureşti, Videoton FC Fehérvár, Royal Antwerp and Parmalat Sz'fehérvár.
Muzsnay made six appearances for the Romanian national team, and retired in 1999. Currently the assistant coach of CFR Cluj.
