Zrnovci (Macedonian: Зрновци) is a municipality in eastern Republic of Macedonia. Zrnovci is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found. Zrnovci municipality is part of Eastern statistical region.

The municipality borders Vinica municipality in the east, Kočani municipality and Zrnovci municipality in the north, Češinovo-Obleševo municipality in the westand Karbinci municipality in the south.
