[edit] Regarding Revision of supposed vandalism to Kellie Pickler article.
You said that I should have used an edit summary on the Kellie Pickler article. In fact I did use the edit summary to provide a valid reason for deleting unsourced, unverified rumors and original reasearch, you then reverted my changes as vandalism. Please explain to me how deleting rumors is vandalism. Batman2005 17:22, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] SKeep, etc. templates
I'm not sure about using the funky symbols, but if you remove the templates entirely, a lot of AfD discussions are going to look really odd. Just an opinion. Fan1967 00:20, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Zack -Speedy Delete happy or what
Zack, you know, I went back to each of the sites you decided to speedy delete and all my hard work was gone. I'd prefer to have been pointed out by you what you didn't dig and how to cure which logically could have been just a couple omitions I would think.
Can you restore your dasterdly destructive work and have a little dialog with me here? I read in the Wiki Speedy Delete verbiage that you admin type are suposed to excersize a little more understanding "even you were once new at this".
Help me out here bro.
1. Wiki is completely ignorant of what an ICP is. Try looking it up and you get the Insane Clown Posse, COMPLETE WITH A LINK TO THEIR SITE and links to buy their albums etc. What's up with that. You zapped me for having a link back to my self because I AM AN ICP (Independent Content Provider)
Explain how an artist with a link to his page is different some how... I'm listening???
2. Shared Media Licensing, Inc - SML - is also proving Wiki's ignorance. Everything I posted up was factual information INFORMATION which is what Wiki's suposed to be all about. Maybe I screwed up in 3 out of 70 words there or something but come on I cannot even correct it since nothing I wrote is there now. How about restoring it and telling me what you didn't dig. By the way, I'm and ICP - FOR - SML, I'm NOT SML... so any link in the 411 I posted to them benefits me NOTTA ZIP NO WAY NO HOW.
3. CSR Radio - you have other online streaming audio radio stations listed which describe themselve and point to themselves... what the heck was the issue with what I listed.
4. Chemistry Set Records - description of what it is (ICP for Weedshare, promoter of independent artists, etc.) with links to my sites. Other businesses are described and have links to their site - SO WHAT SPECIFICALLY did you not like man? Let's FIX instead of BLOW INTO OBLIVIAN my work here ok?
Thanks in advance for your reply. —Preceding unsigned comment added by ChemSet (talk • contribs)
- Hi there, Zack - Kind of stumbled upon this situation by accident, and I'm hoping to shed a bit of light. I wanted to remind you that it is good practice to begin discussion with an editor of a given questionable page before nominating it for speedy deletion. As an alternative method, if the pages were questionable, but in good faith by a new editor you could have gone through the proposed deletion process or even the regular AfD process. Communication has really been lacking around the project, and the loss of any well-faithed editor is a severe pain in my side. I really would like to remind you to assume good faith when dealing with new editors and new pages. Even if the article isn't notable for the Wikipedia, it should be explained without WikiJargon well before you take decisive action. You were certainly right on his talk page to refer him to an admin; lets also take more responsibility in welcoming newcomers and making their experience accessible and managable. Hope you understand that this whole comment is in good tone and mere reflection. Happy editing, Wes! • Tc 08:17, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Flaws in VandalProof?
I just discovered that some of the vandalism to my talk page by 24.15.61.184 (talk · contribs) didn't actually get reverted. [edit] Concerns about your VP Use
I hate to drop all of this on you in the midst of your RfA; however, User:Stifle has echoed some concerns about your usage of WP:VandalProof. As I stated on your RfA, this is the first I've even heard of any problems you've been having, and I would have much preferred receiving a message if there bugs or problems that I needed to address. I feel that some of your edits are of great concern, and I would appreciate if you could comment on User talk:AmiDaniel/VP/Abuse and specifically address the diffs provided by Stifle. I'd also like to ask that if you have similar problems in the future, you leave a note either on my talk page or one of VandalProof's talk page so that I can get to the bottom of what went wrong. Thanks. AmiDaniel (talk) 19:26, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your comments to me about the article for WGFX
Since I am a new user, I had trouble figuring out how to reply to you. Hopefully, this is how it's done.
I didn't understand what the red font was about. I thought it was just a format error, and I was only making it consistent. That was my mistake. So, I'll give you that one.
However, I did not remove WHIN and was fully aware that those calls were on 104.5 in the first month of its existence. I only eliminated the 'FM' part since it seems unnecessary, and the other call letters in the article aren't formatted that way. 'FM' isn't really part of the calls.

[edit] Your comments about WGFX
104.5 changed to "104.5 The Fox" in the summer of 1987. You readded KX 104 for years 1987 to 1988 after I deleted it. Sorry, but you are incorrect. You are not all-knowing like you seem to think.
As far as changing "Kix" back to "Kicks", WHIN-"FM", and your other snide comments about being inconvenienced over me not using the preview feature and not understanding policy and tactics, if you're going to sweat relatively small stuff like that, criticize, and basically take away any work I have done, then I can just totally stop making contributions to Wikipedia. It isn't like I'm getting anything for it anyway.
Grow up! You are being very petty. Notice that I didn't change the other stuff back because it isn't that pertinent, technically isn't incorrect, and is open to interpretation.
Based on some of the other comments on your discussion tab, it appears to me that you have a number of other people biting their tongue and holding back. I certainly hope that they don't make you an administrator because you definitely don't have any tact.

[edit] Request for Adminship
It is my regretful task to inform you that your recent request for adminship failed to achieve consensus to promote, and has been closed. Please do not be discouraged; a number of users have had their first RfA end without consensus, but have been promoted overwhelmingly in a later request. Please continue to make outstanding contributions to Wikipedia, and consider requesting adminship again in the future. You may find Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship helpful in deciding when to consider running again. If I can be of any help to you, please do not hesitate to ask. Regarding my vote change on your RfA from support to oppose... it was a reluctant one, believe me. To explain in more detail, the thing that tipped the scales for me wasn't so much the misplaced templates in and of themselves. You're right; mistakes happen, and I've had a few template errors myself. It was more the unfamiliarity shown when templates were added to well-known admins and bots, such as Freakofnurture and Tawkerbot... I would want an admin to show a little more familiarity in recognizing other users; if not through personal interaction, then perhaps by examining their contributions and realizing that they're not actually vandals. What I should have added to my vote, however, was that I intend to support your RfA next time around, barring any unexpected changes in course. I'd think that in a month's time, give or take, with some more experience, those issues will be put to rest and you'll be given the mop and bucket. Let me know if I can do anything to help in the meantime. Tijuana Brass¡Épa!-E@ 20:10, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

I am a fan of KSW, I know more than your info has.
he really has a girl in 1998 surname Li.
his father die when he is 8 is not fake.
I am his asian fan , i have more details of kwone than your wikipedia had.
i don't know why adding correct details is being called spamming?
if your pedia has, do I have to add mine?
your page is opened for people to change what they got from kwone sang woo, but you all just change back from your own fav. words. then why ask ppl to change?
why not just close your own door and change all your own...?
I don't like your staff's way of treating changes. you don't know, doesnt mean nobody knows kwone's other details that your page doesn't have.
please open all your brain, and heart to receive others' real details.
if you still think that, only your provided details (only by Wiki staff but public people must provide wrong fake details) is true and correct, then why ask people to show their known correct true details?
don't forget that, nobody is 100% perfect. you may be good by make this page, but not receive/listen to people's changes is still your weakness.
at least, I can tell you that, USA people really know not much about kwone. if you still think that you are correct, then I really have nothing to say, but too arrogant will only arouse hatred from others.
If you still think, only you staff give correct details, why not just shut your doors from receive others' changes? because you are just same as not listening to people!

[edit] Image Tagging Image:NancyODell.jpg
|
Thanks for uploading Image:NancyODell.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. cholmes75 (chit chat) 00:27, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

Every official textual reference to the program (in the closing credits, at the CBS website, in all promotional materials, etc.) uses the spelling "Gameshow Marathon." [edit] WNSR
Zack:
While I appreciate your comments regarding WNSR; I am somewhat concerned about the misinformation that is contained therein. As one example, WNSR does not lower power at night just because of WHBQ. (It's a skywave issue.) In fact, WHBQ is directional at night. It's signal PROTECTS WNSR and other stations in the East at after sunset. Specifically, WHBQ's pattern is aimed towards the west at night.
Just to clarify, this is not an opinion from a fan or a third party. Believe me, I am one who DOES know.
Best regards,
R.
- Zack, here are my observations about your your latest edit of the WNSR article.
- 1. For some reason, you removed the info about how WNSR's daytime signal must co-exist with WHBQ's, but left in the comparison of the two stations' nighttime signals.
- 2. The fact that WHBQ's nighttime signal aims more or less away from WNSR's is probably just a coincidence. WHBQ has a Class B license, which lets that station receive nighttime protection as well as give it. WNSR, however, possesses a Class D license, which prevents it from receiving any nighttime protection from any other AM station and forces WNSR to protect any and all Class B stations on 560 kHz and nearby frequencies at night. That, combined with the fact that WHBQ is a few decades older than WNSR and thus more or less enjoys a "first come, first served" edge over WNSR in the FCC's eyes, is why I think it's important for the WNSR article to mention WHBQ's impact on WNSR's signal.--TwoTone 20:52, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bellevue
Bellevue is in the "GSD", the part of Metro not part of the original city as of the time of the passage of the charter and the areas subsequently added. It is not one, or part of one, of the "satellite cities" and ceratinly has no municipal government. How is it not "unincorporated"? Is your arguement that everything in Metro is "incorporated" into "Nashville-Davidson" and therefore Davidson County has no "unincorporated" communities? Rlquall 21:17, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- The idea that Nashville itself is unincorporated is in fact quite credible; after all, it's the "Metropolitan County Council" in fact. The reason that I won't go with that, aside from it being so counterintuitive, is that there is no way that the "satellite cities" are not incorporated as they have their own charters and aldermen and I don't think that Nashville can be less; also Metro has more of the nature of a municipal government than a county one even though it is in fact both. Have you ever noticed how only the mayor and council are truly "Metro" offices elected according to the charter provisions (in the odd years and nonpartisan); the rest such as county clerk, sheriff, register of deeds and the like are in fact Davidson County offices and elected in a partisan manner under the general provisions of state law? BTW, not that it's any of my business & if you don't want to answer I'll understand, but are you still legally a Nashvillian or have you moved your residence to Alabama? Rlquall 02:23, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
-
- My point in stating that Bellevue is "unincorporated" was largely based on stressing that it lacks any "official" status in that it is neither a "town" nor a census-designated place, and therefore cannot be assigned any sort of realistic population figure, as there are no really agreed-upon boundries. It certainly wasn't to imply that it does or should consist of a flashing yellow light and a boarded-up gas station, not that you think that was what I meant. Post-Metro there have been road signs inside Davidson County referencing places that were "unincorporated" (Vaughns Gap and Joelton come to mind immediately, as does Scottsboro IIRC) but AFAIK now, these signs are gone, helping to make your point. I think one of the hardest calls that we can make as serious Wikipedians is which "unincorporated communities" are encyclopedic/notable. For example, I can think of two communities very near here called "Taylor Town" and "Claylick" which are certainly verifiable (both even have roads named for them) but in my mind at least, just not notable (no remaining economic activity, among other factors). Both probably have more population than two places that I feel to be notable and am thinking about creating pages for, Vernon and Reynoldsburg, because the latter are the former county seats of Hickman and Humphreys counties respectively. I just think that Bellevue needs to be in some sort of category showing that it is a verifiable place but is neither "city", "town", nor "village", and if you have a suggestion as to what to call it I'll be very open to that. Rlquall 21:18, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
-
-
- Just to futher reinforce the correctness of your postion, I was just given the latest version of the offical TDOT road map, and, in contrast to last year, all of Davidson County is now shaded as being part of Nashville. However, just calling Bellevue, Madison, Donelson, Hermitage, Old Hickory et al. "neighborhoods" is a little short of what saying what they really are, as they have their own identity in ways that Whispering Hills, Charlotte Park, Hillwood Park, Horton Heights, and Paragon Mills, for example, definitely do not. I guess this is somewhat, at least, based on economic activity. If you have input as to what these communities are rather than "unincorporated", which I now must agree is erroneous, please share it. Thanks, Rlquall 20:25, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

Why do you keep removing my 'Mission anomalies' section from STS-1? I'm all in favor of preventing vandalism of Wiki sites, but as far as I'm concerned you are vandalising that page by repeatedly removing my additions to it. If you have an objection to that section, can you please stop removing it and discuss your objection on the talk page. Mark Grant 21:34, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
- Since you don't seem to want to give a reason for deleting my changes, I've reinstated them, while leaving in the rest of the last change you made (removing the SONET link, and I don't understand why you did that either, since you've reinstated it at least twice after someone else removed it). If you want to remove my changes again, please discuss it first on the STS-1 talk page, as I see no reason whatsoever why my changes are detrimental to the STS-1 page. Mark Grant 22:47, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
- You keep claiming that I broke the info box on that page. Firstly, I did not break the info box, and if you'd checked the page history before reverting it to a page before my edits, you'd have realised that. Secondly, even if I had broken the info box, it took me about thirty seconds to figure out how to fix it without deleting any edits. Fixing vandalism is a good thing, but reverting pages and deleting other people's edits to remove an edit from someone you consider a vandal is barely distinguishable from vandalism. Please examine the history a little more carefully in future. Mark Grant 11:35, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image tagging for Image:LPField.png
Thanks for uploading Image:LPField.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Mayor adam west.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Mayor adam west.png. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Drat (Talk) 11:08, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image:WillAnderson.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:WillAnderson.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
- On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Chowbok ☠ 21:00, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Atlanta Thrashers
You mean McEachern wasn't the Thrashers captain during the 2004-05 Lockout? Remember Consensus is to list the captains by 'player' NOT by season. Yes the '04-'05 season didn't exist, however the Thrashers & McEachern existed during that time period. McEachern was captain until he was signed away (in 2005). GoodDay 01:24, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bob and Tom Show Image
Hi Zpb52,
I understand and agree with your point about the "thumb" image, however, I reduced it in order to reduce the visibility of artifacts from the original image poster's image. I have requested that he cleanup the image to provide a better image, without success.
I'd appreciate your thoughts.
Take care,

[edit] Image:George Plaster.gif
Thanks for uploading Image:George Plaster.gif. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

[edit] Naming conventions
There are several applicable sections of the Mos, and I won't detail them all, but the rule of thumb is that articles are named according to popular usage, not official corporate filings. Otherwise, the article on the Episcopal Church would have to be renamed the "Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America," an absurd example, but it is what appears on the formal corporation papers. Most people wishing to look something up in an encyclopedia do not have ready access to the legal charter. -- "J-M" (Jgilhousen) 05:03, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:CMT.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. [edit] Your opinion is sought about the Frank Caliendo article
An anonymous editor keeps adding what is in my opinion, extremely trivial information to the Frank Caliendo article. I am soliciting the opinion of other editors who have edited this article about the appropriateness of this "information" to the article. Please review the details at Talk:Frank Caliendo#Consensus about inclusion of specific football predictions and if you desire, add your thoughts to this section. Thanks --rogerd 21:46, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Mt. Juliet, Tennessee
(copied from User talk:Can't sleep, clown will eat me) Before you just go and delete an entire section because it is unsourced, why not ASK for a source? I know you're an administrator, but come on, man...ask for a source before you take matters into your own hands and wipe something out. In my opinion, what you did is equal to blanking. --Zpb52 15:25, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
- The content was removed because it appeared to be unverifiable, and the source you've cited still does not substantiate the replacement of this dubious text. [2] [3] Can't sleep, clown will eat me 18:11, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] GEC/Nashville Arena
I've noticed that you're trying to keep the info I posted on the GEC's former names from being deleted, especially with the citied material that refers to the 1999 naming rights agreement. I'm not sure who is or why the info is being constantly deleted, but I've been trying to keep that infobox consistent with other facilities. Is there some way that this can be resolved instead of me/us constantly reediting to keep historical accuracy? EC2 13:15, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Comcast-charter sports southeast.gif
Thanks for uploading Image:Comcast-charter sports southeast.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. Thanks for uploading Image:Comcast-charter sports southeast.gif. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. [edit] Sommet Center
Thanks for finding a reference for the item I reverted. I have found through experience that deleting questional items, notably those added by IP users, is more effective at getting the items sourced than simply adding {{fact}} tags to those items. I do try to leave the items I have good reason to believe are factual, but when they quote specific numbers such as this one did, I usually delete them. - BillCJ 01:28, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Nashville Municipal Auditorium
I had intentionally removed all that text from Nashville Municipal Auditorium, per WP:V#Burden_of_evidence The burden of evidence lies with the editor who adds or restores material. Material that is challenged or likely to be challenged needs a reliable source, which should be cited in the article. Everything I removed is unreferenced, most appears to Original research. I beleive that you beleive that everything is true and please don't take offense because I removed it. Per WP:V The threshold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth. If I can help you to understand better why I removed it please leave me a note. Jeepday (talk) 00:57, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
Zpb52, you have my utmost sympathies in this case. To see such massive blocks of useful information removed, which you evidently spent some time in writing up, just for this to happen is unfortunate. --Peripatetic 15:25, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:T-rodg.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:T-rodg.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:09, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Erikajo.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Erikajo.jpg.
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
Thank you. Ilse@ 15:41, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Wvnn logo.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Wvnn logo.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thanks for uploading Image:Unscripted.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. [edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Huntsville stars 2008 cap.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:Huntsville stars 2008 cap.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 15:24, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Wuxp_logo.gif
I have tagged Image:Wuxp_logo.gif as {{no rationale}}, because it does not provide a fair use rationale. If you believe the image to be acceptable for fair use according to Wikipedia policy, please provide a rationale explaining as much, in accordance with the fair use rationale guideline, on the image description page. Please also consider using {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 20:27, 30 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Rick and Bubba
I reverted the information about the death of the son of Rick Burgess. In this case, the information is relevant because 1) Bronner Burgess was a frequent topic on the show, as both Rick and Bubba talk about their families frequently; and 2) "Rick Burgess" redirects to this article, there being no separate bio article about him. (There was, but it was nerged into this article some time ago.) - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 14:54, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
You are a FIRST RATE A-HOLE. I hope you never lose a child or someone in your life like the Burgess family and have people be so blatantly insentive to you as you are to them. You are a disgrace! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.201.19.197 (talk) 02:28, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Rick and Bubba article.
"Please take a look at the article's talk page before you revert the Rick and Bubba article again. A consensus decision was made not to include the information about the death of Rick's son. --Zpb52 (talk) 22:11, 22 January 2008 (UTC)"
I did look at the talk page and the only consensus seemed to be you and one other person that had never heard the show. Please be look at the subject matter, in this case the show, before you unilaterally decide what is relevant. If the fans of the show think that it is relevant, then it is. Well, your warning came at 00:43 - after that warning he did not make any edits that violated policy (i.e. blanking articles other than his talk page - in fact he didn't edit any articles other than his talk page after that warning). So there is no reason to reblock him. ugen64 (talk) 02:09, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
