Zorianos (Greek: Ζοριάνος) also with the second i accented is a Greek village in the municipality of Vardousia, it is in the northwestern part of the Phocis prefecture. Its 2001 population was 195 for the village. Zorianos is located 85 km west of Amfissa.

[edit] About Zorianos

The area around Zorianos are rich in leafy trees, chestnuts other than some olives. Its only inhabitants are locals other that people visiting during the summer holidays. Several inhabitants call this village Zoriano.

In the elevation in which is from the edges of the weather phoenomenon and has the sweetese climate even during the winter. Much of these houses reminds of the ideal architecture in which it preserves and pre-revolutionary businesses. It also features a folklore museum and has a neighboring forest with chestnuts.

After World War II and the Greek Civil War, many of the buildings were rebuilt. Houses were stone-built until the 1950s and did not surpass modern-style homes until the 1980s. It was linked with pavement in the 1980s. Most of the homes are abandoned today.

Zorianos has a school, a church, and a square (plateia). Its nearest lyceum (middle school) and gymnasium (secondary school) are in Krokyleio.
