True, but all I want is for someone else to handle this. His actions are too extreme. I hope there are not too many editors like him. I see those other users had a disdain for the Power Rangers, too.

Request reason: "I admit the first few edits I made were questionable. However, I did not receive one warning. The user who blocked me had a "don't you mess with me" attitude that does things out of fear he'll be bothered. I am asking for a neutral admin to handle this. After looking through his history, I noticed a similar incident were he blocked an unused anti-Power Ranger name and other admins soundly disapproved of it."

  • If I could comment, you seem to be awfully knowledgeable of Wikipedia policy for a new user. You are looking at page histories, properly wikilinking, know enough to complain that you weren't warned beforehand, and even know about how Ryulong goes about his blocks. While Ryulong certainly has a problem with too quick a trigger finger, he's also usually right when it comes to sockpuppets. Are you honestly saying you've never edited here before? I have with IPs, but because many of them are shared, they get blocked. It's also possible to watch the site for a long time without editing. You agree that RL has a quick trigger finger. I think it's dangerous for someone to be impulsive when handling these situations. I feel inclined to make a new account but I also don't want to waste time so I'm trying to salvage this one. I checked in also. I think adoption is a good idea and I'm glad you're willing to take the step. Let's make sure someone is willing to adopt you first, though. Why don't you add {{subst:dated adoptme}} to this page, as a start? The trouble I see is that your edits so far suggest a fundamental misunderstanding of what an Encyclopedia is, and show a lack of seriousness.
