Talk:Zorki
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dear Camerafiend!
I am sorry but I can agree with your 'cleanup'! It's a pity but you made severe errors in descriptions of almost all Zorki cameras (for example: Industar-22 wasn't a copy of Elmar, term 'flash version' can not be applied to Zorki-2S, slow-speeds mechanizm of Zorki-4 was quite reliable and there were no camera called "Zorki Mir"). Frankly speaking, you tell us all rumors and myths about 'Soviet cameras'.
May be previous version of the article requres rearangement of material but I consider that reverting to previous version will be the best starting point for it. Do you agree?
With best regards, Sergey Ilyin. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sergey Ilyin (talk • contribs)
[edit] Serial Numbers?
If possible, you should try to get the serial numbers of the manufactured models of Zorki Cameras. That would be one way of identifying that the camera is a genuine Zorki and not another "Copy-Copy". (P.S. I'm also into cameras!)--MurderWatcher1 19:53, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
