Zong Zoua Her

Zong Zoua Her (alternate spelling Tsong Zua Heu) (RPA: Zoov Zuag Hawj) is currently the leader of the Hmong Chao Fa movement in Laos.[1] He is also the brother of Pa Kao Her, the former assassinated Hmong leader of the Chao Fa movement.
