ZoneRank is a company in the eSports industry that ranks professional eSport teams on a calendar-month basis[4]. Zonerank currently provides worldwide rankings for 3 games and hands out prizes for the monthly standings on the 1st of each month.The games that are ranked by ZoneRank are Counter-Strike, Quake 4 & Warcraft III, the cash awards are currently set on 10,500 per month. ZoneRank are recognized as the official world ranking by the G7 Teams[5].

ZoneRank was launched at the Cyberathlete Professional League Winter event at 2006 with the announcement of Steel Series[6] who became partners of ZoneRank. Only the Counter-Strike rankings were released on start as their website as well wasn't revealed. The full version of the website, along with the Quake 4 and Warcraft III rankings were released only on the 21th of February, 2006[7]. Since then ZoneRank have provided monthly rankings and providing cash to the top teams and players on a monthly basis.
