Zond 1967A

Zond 1967A was an unmanned Soviet lunar capsule, testing for future manned flights. The spacecraft was similar to Zond 4 and Zond 1967B. It launched on September 28, 1967 at Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The rocket fell off its course during launch, but the Zond capsule landed safely.
