Countess Zofia Tarnowska (Lithuanian: Zofija Tarnauskaitė, 1534–1570) was a Polish–Lithuanian noble lady.
She was the daughter of Hetman Jan Amor Tarnowski and Zofia Szydłowiecka. She was married to Prince Konstanty Wasyl Ostrogski.
