Zoe (born May 15, 1979 in Reading, Berkshire) is an English solo pop singer. She was the first artist to be signed to internet music label "StarWest Records" in late 2002. Her debut single "When The Phone Stops Ringing" was released on "Valentine's Day" 2003. Her second single , released on her birthday in May, was entitled "Destiny". The B-side "You Look At Me" was co-produced and entirely written by Zoe. 9 months later came her 3rd single "Fragile", a "retro" style pop track. The B-side "calling" helped the single achieve considerable internet chart success due to it becoming popular among fans of "Trip-hop" music. "calling" is rumoured to be Zoe's favourite track. In October 2004 "neon" was released. The 1960s influenced track was very popular but the single's multiple remixes were the main selling point. To this date she has released no more material but remains signed to "StarWest Records".
