Zoë Belkin (born 3 May 1993) is a Canadian actress. She plays the role of Rebecca Harper in the TV Show The Latest Buzz created by Decode Entertainment, airing on the Family Channel in March of 2008.

personal life Zoë was bitten by the acting bug at a young age while visiting her grandmother who is a well-known make-up artist. Like her grandmother, Zoë is also a very talented artist and loves drawing. She's also fond of reading one of her favourite novels is Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck.
Zoë hails from Toronto and still resides there with her parents, her brother, her dog, Fred, and her budgie, Wendy. She's currently in Grade 9, and works hard to obtain great marks.
When Zoë is not on the set of The Latest Buzz playing Rebecca Harper or in school, you can find her with her friends at the movies.
