ZML is a web-based video on demand (VOD) and electronic sell-through (EST) service offering movies and other videos for rental or purchase to users worldwide.[1] It has a selection of 1,700 films for download to hand-held devices, PCs or to burn to DVD. Films are offered in DivX and h264 formats and availabe in several resolutions, downwards from DVD quality. The website includes editors' picks, plot summaries of each movie, customer reviews and screen stills. Films cost between $2-4 to purchase, depending on the quality. Contrary to most VOD services, ZML offers content free of digital rights management.
